Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled. A 3% order processing fee will be deducted from the total refund on any cancellations approved.

Pre-Order Policy

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or not yet available. Payment is collected at checkout, and your order will be fulfilled once the item becomes available.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Once your order has been fulfilled and delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our returns policy. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details on returns and refunds.
