Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as the shipping label is created. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delays, or other issues that may occur during transportation. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim or resolve the issue. We will provide any necessary documentation to assist you but cannot guarantee the carrier’s resolution.
